Secondary Experience
Ceramics Curriculum Developed for Intermediate Secondary
Curriculum by myself
I created a 7-week curriculum for a secondary ceramics class. My curriculum focuses on identity, the self, and personal expression. An objective of this curriculum is to give students space to reflect on and explore their identities, how they view themselves, and their place in the world.

My curriculum consists of three projects with many chances for critique and self-reflection. It starts from the basics of coil and slab building and builds to a final project where students must synthesize everything they have learned to create a vessel that represents some part(s) of their identity.
